Scarborough Film Festival: Milk Report

We are excited to be working in collaboration with Scarborough Film Festival to bring you a special screening of ‘Milk Report’.

Join us for the launch of Milk Report, a new short film by artists and designers Conway and Young. Adapted from an original publication of the same name, it explores the politics and economics of care through the lens of feeding a baby, and the 720 hours Young spent doing so over a 6-month period. The film focuses on the improvised, chaotic, gendered, interdependent and messy nature of reproductive labour.

Milk Report was commissioned by Feed, a project about infant feeding and public space. ‘Nurture’ the exhibition which will house the feed chair during it’s time in Scarborough, will be hosted by Crescent Arts at Woodend Gallery, March 21st – May 24th 2025.

Presented in collaboration with Crescent Arts, the screening will be followed by an ‘in conversation with’ and tour of the Nurture exhibition. Ticket price includes a vegan milkshake.
